Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily reviews of account restrictions, trading permissions, custodian data feeds, and other issues affecting trade execution.
  • •Own trade-error processing, including investigation, documentation, custodian coordination, corrective action, and resolution tracking.
  • •Enable options trading and margin in custodian accounts used for SWIM strategies by coordinating approvals, required documentation, and follow-through.
  • •Coordinate custodian setup and operational onboarding for SMAs and specialized strategies, including third-party solutions like Nuveen and long/short direct indexing.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end alternative-investment operations (subscriptions, redemptions, funding requirements, capital calls) and conduct scheduled audits and system-of-record maintenance.

Key Requirements
