Job Summary

Support the operational infrastructure behind a centralized investment platform for wealth managers. Own investment operations workflows across order management, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and third-party platforms, including account/custodian setup, SMA onboarding, trading-permission reviews, trade-error processing, alternative-investment operations, reconciliations, audits, and platform maintenance. Collaborate with Trading, Client Service, Billing, Compliance, Operations, external SMA managers, and custodians, using AI-powered internal tools to improve scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily reviews of account restrictions, trading permissions, custodian data feeds, and other issues affecting trade execution.
•Own trade-error processing, including investigation, documentation, custodian coordination, corrective action, and resolution tracking.
•Enable options trading and margin in custodian accounts used for SWIM strategies by coordinating approvals, required documentation, and follow-through.
•Coordinate custodian setup and operational onboarding for SMAs and specialized strategies, including third-party solutions like Nuveen and long/short direct indexing.
•Coordinate end-to-end alternative-investment operations (subscriptions, redemptions, funding requirements, capital calls) and conduct scheduled audits and system-of-record maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in investment operations, brokerage operations, wealth management, or a related environment.
•Experience supporting traders, portfolio managers, or a centralized investment platform.

•Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodians, including account setup and approval workflows.
•Proven ability to manage recurring, detail-oriented workflows accurately and independently, with enthusiasm for AI and automation.
