Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Hatchery Supervisor with safety processes, and operation and observation of hatchery operations.
  • •Train and assist hatchery employees.
  • •Place eggs in incubator trays, load baskets into hatchers, and place trays of chicks on the line.
  • •Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets, buggies, and related equipment and areas.
  • •Maintain PPE use and comply with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
