Deliver and iterate on the “One-to-Many” offer (Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars), analyze engagement and satisfaction signals, and partner with Customer Success and Product teams to address real client friction points. Grow a scalable learning ecosystem, maintain internal knowledge in Confluence, and mentor future trainers.
