Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program and team leadership for multidisciplinary engineering and architectural services supporting airport capital programs and ongoing operations.
  • •Establish priorities, resource plans, and delivery strategies across technical disciplines and ensure consistent engineering review and governance processes.
  • •Provide technical leadership and quality assurance, including building systems expertise, contractor/design team submission reviews, and design/peer reviews.
  • •Coordinate engineering services across concurrent projects to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and support operational readiness, safety, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset management.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop engineering and architectural professionals, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and annual reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
  • •Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including aviation, rail and transit, or other complex large transportation programs.
  • •Demonstrated aviation/airport project experience is required.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in a program or portfolio environment (preferred).
