Lead Conagra’s in-house creative agency to originate and execute insight-led big ideas across a portfolio of iconic brands. Partner with Brand, Media, Sales, Analytics, and agencies to drive ROI-led growth, set creative standards, and develop next-generation creative talent.

Key Responsibilities

•Originate and lead breakthrough, insight-driven creative platforms across the Conagra portfolio.
•Own end-to-end content creation across paid, owned, retail, commerce, social, and emerging channels.
•Establish and lead a modern in-house studio model, managing timelines, budget, and decision-making frameworks.
•Set and enforce creative standards and quality bars, and foster a learning-oriented culture that values craft and feedback.
•Partner across enterprise to balance ambition with speed and operational discipline while driving ROI-led marketing outcomes.
