Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UX design activities for website and digital experience initiatives from discovery and requirements to implementation-ready designs.
  • •Assess existing websites and user experiences, identify usability and journey challenges, and redesign from the ground up as needed.
  • •Create end-to-end user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UX designs to simplify complex experiences.
  • •Gather and translate user, stakeholder, and business needs into clear requirements and practical design solutions.
  • •Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders across domains to support efficient delivery and successful implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced UX design professional with a portfolio showing website design, major redesigns, and end-to-end digital experiences.
  • •Proven ability to take ownership of an existing website or digital experience and redesign it from discovery and requirements through detailed UX design.
  • •Strong skills creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and translating complex requirements into intuitive designs.
  • •Excellent understanding of user-centred design, usability, and accessibility principles, including explaining and supporting design decisions.
  • •Ability to collaborate and build relationships quickly with business, product, and engineering stakeholders in a fast-moving contract environment.
