Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the instant payments product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business or finance required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in product management, payments, treasury management, financial services, or related disciplines.
  • •Strong knowledge of payment systems and instant payment networks, including RTP® and/or FedNow® preferred.
  • •Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle from strategy and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to partner with technology teams and lead initiatives across matrixed organizations in an agile environment.
