Job Summary

Support the Influencer, Events, and Media Relations team to build brand positioning through PR, media partnerships, and collaborations with talent and influencers. Help manage daily relationships with influencer agencies, support influencer selection for campaigns, coordinate product logistics for activations, monitor social and PR trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and global meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the team in managing day-to-day relationships with the influencer agency, ensuring timely responses to requests, briefs, and content approvals.
•Help identify and select influencers for different campaigns using a data-driven approach and dedicated tools.
•Manage product assortment for activities, including controls, orders, inventory, returns, and shipping.
•Support sending products to talent and influencers for seeding activities, when required.
•Monitor social and PR activations to spot new trends and best practices, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and global meetings and events.
