Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions with end-to-end responsibility for service delivery.
  • •Set project success criteria and establish project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Create detailed project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and monitor performance using appropriate techniques.
  • •Manage change control and advise on project finance, including client invoicing and project financial status monitoring.
  • •Interface with clients and other consultants throughout all stages and prepare formal progress reports and other deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch in Civil (post-graduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage).
  • •10–15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • •Relevant experience working for a construction consultancy in India.
  • •Demonstrate consultancy experience and have good technical skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
