Job Summary

Own product marketing for Mastercard’s Merchant Cloud platform, translating product documentation and technical capabilities into customer-led value propositions for B2B segments. Lead foundational product marketing across the portfolio, maintain a single source of truth across assets, and apply market and competitive intelligence to positioning and segmentation opportunities. Partner with Merchant Cloud product teams and the wider marketing team to develop launch strategies while guiding sales enablement and measuring performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute plans to drive Merchant Cloud strategic priorities and build a foundation for long-term success.
•Collaborate with Merchant Cloud product teams to craft and recommend customer-led, competitively positioned product value propositions.
•Lead delivery of foundational product marketing across the portfolio, maintaining a single source of truth across key product marketing assets.
•Leverage product documentation to keep product marketing assets up to date with capabilities, services, and use cases.
•Gather market and competitive intelligence and apply insights to product value propositions, segmentation, and positioning opportunities; support launch strategies for new products.

Key Requirements

•At least seven years’ marketing experience, particularly B2B product marketing for complex technology solutions.
•Develop and execute plans against strategic priorities using data, insights, and other tools to continuously optimize the approach.
•Demonstrated track record delivering strong fundamental product marketing.
•Translate technical product information into compelling commercial sales and marketing assets for B2B audiences.
•Successfully integrate marketing assets across channels and platforms using metrics and measurement tools to track success and impact.
