Lead VR/AR/XR software development for enterprise and industrial applications, designing and optimizing immersive experiential solutions (safety training, virtual walkthroughs, equipment simulations, digital twins). Collaborate with designers, engineers, and domain experts to deliver performant, scalable XR products while applying best practices in Digital Technology and mentoring colleagues to solve complex problems.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative XR solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
•Frame, scope and lead the execution of a design research project and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
•Execute all visual development stages from concept to hand-off to engineering for XR projects.
•Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design problems and improve user friendliness in XR workflows.
•Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction ideas and collaborate with engineers.
•Present and defend designs and milestones to peers and executive stakeholders; incorporate user research feedback.
•Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the XR team.
•Research and evaluate emerging design, technology, and market trends to keep solutions current.
