Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate Group IT CISO policy and TMC control updates, supporting training, rollout planning, and execution with the Assurance Function Lead.
  • •Embed ARS control requirements into service design and build processes and act as the security assurance touchpoint for project teams.
  • •Develop and maintain control documentation (solution descriptions, control mapping, and evidence specifications) for assigned services.
  • •Drive BAU evidence collection and maintain the evidence repository, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and currency ahead of ARS assessments.
  • •Support readiness reviews and walkthroughs, execute assessments on behalf of service owners, and coordinate remediation to closure with ARS and DIRM teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, security operations, or control assurance.
  • •Hands-on experience with evidence collection, control testing, or internal audit support in an IT environment.
  • •Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST and how they map to service-level controls.
  • •Experience working with Agile delivery teams or alongside Security Champions in DevSecOps/product-based IT models is an advantage.
  • •Prior exposure to Allianz ARS processes or equivalent group-level IT compliance programs is preferred.
