Vans: Supervisor - Plaza Las Americas

Lead daily operations for a Vans store in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, merchandising execution, and store standards. Coach and develop associates, support achievement of sales goals and key performance indicators, and help maximize store profitability. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, stockroom inventory/shipping flow, training and onboarding, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and community engagement while upholding policies and safety standards.
