Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily/weekly team meetings and help improve team performance.
  • •Oversee daily shift backlogs, including RFI and incoming backlogs, to ensure compliance with metric targets.
  • •Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands and fulfill resource gaps on short-handed shifts.
  • •Receive, store, and issue raw materials, parts, details, and hardware; identify stored locations.
  • •Perform picking and kitting, maintain material handling procedures, monitor shelf-life and temperature-sensitive materials, and coordinate with related departments to resolve receipt and distribution issues.
