Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management for real estate projects, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk through closeout.
  • •Develop and track action items, maintain project status updates, and report progress, variances, and cash flow forecasts.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements, scope of work, milestones, and risk identification; prepare and review invoices and pay applications.
  • •Lead RFP and bid analysis activities, including evaluating proposals and recommending project delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans, facilitate project meetings, and provide mentoring/coaching and informal technical guidance to coworkers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •5+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • •Effective presentation skills for client and internal reporting.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
