Project Manager

Lead and manage large-scale real estate construction projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Own schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, and risk while preparing project status reporting and tracking action items. Coordinate with clients to define scope, milestones, and resource requirements, manage invoices and pay applications, and support bid analysis for RFPs. Provide technical guidance to coworkers and manage 3rd-party project delivery resources.
