Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and expand a comprehensive automated test suite as a reusable template for the org.
  • •Define Taiv’s testing standards, including what gets automated and what “done” means for features.
  • •Reduce production regressions by owning outcomes when bugs reach production.
  • •Test across the full stack, from detection models and firmware to web apps and backend systems.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership (CTO, VP of Software, firmware lead) to align testing plans with how teams build.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with real ownership of a testing suite.
  • •Hands-on experience with Playwright and Maestro (or comparable frameworks).
  • •Experience testing TypeScript, React, and Android applications.
  • •Experience writing testing plans and strategy for both new and existing features.
  • •Demonstrated ability to stand up testing infrastructure from scratch.
