Job Summary

Own enterprise client success by deeply understanding the InEvent platform and guiding customers on the best approach for their projects. Proactively address concerns to improve the overall client experience, drive platform value, and identify upsell opportunities to grow usage within customer organizations. Propose process optimizations across Customer Success initiatives and mentor Customer Success trainers on key enterprise accounts.

•Maintain detailed knowledge of the InEvent platform and services to answer client questions and recommend best solutions.

•Promote platform value and drive upselling through the customer experience.
•Grow and expand clients’ platform usage within their organizations.
•Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers for major enterprise accounts; suggest process optimizations across Customer Success initiatives.

•Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and SSO is a plus.
