Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, run, and troubleshoot press production equipment to print directly on customer products.
  • •Mount plates and manage ink/coating/paper/deck configurations, perform inspections, and adjust blade angles/laydowns as needed.
  • •Monitor product quality as the press runs and inspect raw materials; maintain clean plates/rollers and equipment housekeeping.
  • •Complete production documentation, production reports, ink usage sheets, QA reports, and other assigned paperwork accurately.
  • •Support hazardous waste and controlled materials compliance (EPA/DOT/OSHA training and records), including waste pickup coordination and required audits/reports.
