Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project controls and commercial performance by providing commercial reporting, performance analysis, and performance insights to project teams and leadership.
  • •Monitor financial performance (revenue, cost, margin, utilisation, backlog, and Estimate to Complete) and identify opportunities to improve project margins and corrective actions.
  • •Ensure governance and PMO reporting compliance by maintaining project control procedures, templates, and reporting standards across the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage cost and forecast activities, including budgeting comparison, monthly forecasting support, ETC reviews with project directors and technical project managers, and cost trend analysis.
  • •Drive change management and risk administration by identifying variation orders and change requests, supporting information gathering for change orders, tracking approvals and compensation events, and supporting mitigation planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrable experience supporting project delivery, project controls, PMO, or commercial management in engineering, construction, or professional services environments.
  • •Experience with project financial management systems for forecasting, reporting, budgeting, or cost control.
  • •Practical knowledge of planning, progress measurement, cost control, and change management across project lifecycles from concept/design through construction and completion.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel) and experience with Oracle and Power BI; must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).
