Key Responsibilities

•Brief and guide staff on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
•Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and product lines to respond to customer needs and minimize stock loss
•Ensure store procedures, brand policies, and security measures are followed by staff
•Manage stock levels, stockrooms, and weekly stock audits; oversee visual merchandising to VM standards
•Oversee store operations end-to-end, including roaster management, leave/grievances, loyalty program promotion, and feedback to Area/Operations Managers

Key Requirements

•Must have strong customer service orientation and experience leading retail staff to meet sales targets
•Ability to train and develop staff and ensure adherence to operating procedures
•Knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and brand standards to minimize stock loss
•Experience in stock management, visual merchandising, and weekly stock audits
•Excellent communication and feedback skills to report to Area/Operations Managers
