Drive the technical vision and architecture for the integration pod in Jasper’s IQ team. Lead major technical initiatives end-to-end, partner on customer-specific integration requirements, and continuously research and propose architectural improvements.

•Own the technical vision and architecture for the integration pod, including how Jasper connects to and ingests data from external systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
•Architect data ingestion and integration systems that account for differing constraints across external systems, including API rate limits, authentication, and security.
•Design and evolve context primitives in the IQ layer that depend on external data, and scope additional engineering work needed to support them.
•Partner across the team to address customer-specific integration and design concerns, translating requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
•Research and propose architectural improvements and upgrades, weighing trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 221,000 - 260,000 annually

•Lead major technical initiatives end-to-end, including understanding real-world consequences and trade-offs afterward.
•Deep expertise designing and building integration and data-ingestion systems connecting to multiple external systems with constraints such as API limits, authentication, security, and compliance.
•Strong distributed systems fundamentals with the ability to architect for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
•AI fluency and ability to apply core AI concepts (LLMs, agents, copilots, tokens, context windows, RAG, data governance) to AI-powered engineering systems.
