Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare management reports and KPIs and provide analysis for key areas.
  • •Deliver Retail daily/weekly reporting to top management and coordinate regional teams.
  • •Monitor Retail profitability with focus on channels and seasonality.
  • •Support budgets, reforecasts, and 3-year plans, and assist monthly and quarterly closings with analysis vs budgets.
  • •Analyze business performance variances versus budget/forecast and monitor Retail capex spending against investment budgets.

Salary: EUR 34,000 - 37,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
  • •3-5 years’ experience as business controller, consulting, or audit.
  • •Background in a fashion/luxury company is a plus.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
