Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality credit analysis and credit-associated tasks for team portfolios in a timely manner.
  • •Prepare and support credit proposals, including renewals, new money requests, onboarding requests, and credit amendments/memos.
  • •Apply credit principles to conduct robust market/industry risk analysis and support application of credit policies and processes.
  • •Maintain collaborative working relationships across the CAU and relevant stakeholders for complex facilities, challenging credits, and urgent deals.
  • •Support post-lending monitoring by helping identify credit risk deterioration and complying with HSBC internal control standards and group policies/regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Banking experience is required, with credit risk discipline experience strongly preferred.
  • •Educated to the university level or above.
  • •Strong communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills for shaping credit decisions.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English, with proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel).
