  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, from requirement discovery and delivery shaping through execution and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years managing complex client projects or programmes, ideally in AI/ML, human data, or data services.
  • •Solid understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle, including data collection, annotation, evaluation, or validation.
  • •Strong client-facing skills with experience building trusted relationships and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Ability to take complex or ambiguous client requirements and turn them into clear, executable plans and successful outcomes.
  • •Hands-on delivery and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical and commercial judgement for KPIs, budgets, profitability, and quality.
