Job Summary

Lead the global Facilities Management Projects organization and establish the Facilities Management Projects Center of Excellence (COE) to standardize and improve project delivery across thousands of annual facilities projects. Own long- and short-term strategy, governance, transformation/change management, and enterprise reporting. Manage a global COE team and network of project resources, partner with business units and Project Delivery, and drive adoption of playbooks, data standards, dashboards, and streamlined intake processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global Facilities Management Projects organization, setting strategy, developing, and executing facilities projects across the enterprise.
•Establish and lead the FM Projects COE to drive enterprise-wide standardization, best practices, standardized processes, and reporting aligned with the Project Delivery (PD) model.
•Provide operational leadership for delivery of 5,000+ annual projects and ~$1B annual spend, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
•Manage and right-size delivery teams and third-party providers, building flexible resourcing models that scale with project volume.
•Collaborate with Project Delivery to implement integrated end-to-end delivery, forecasting/estimating tools, standardized dashboards/metrics, and project closeout requirements including handoffs and warranty tracking.

Key Requirements

•Typically 14+ years of project management experience leading and developing global teams, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience and schooling).
•14+ years of experience developing long-term strategic plans and short-term execution frameworks.
•Experience leading global teams and third-party delivery partners.
•Experience driving transformation, standardization, and operational excellence.
•Demonstrated ability to build capability roadmaps for a global organization including talent development, technology adoption, and process innovation.
