Lead the day-to-day operations of the Coapa store, ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience and achievement of commercial targets. You will coach and develop the store team, manage KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, average ticket, and shrink, and execute commercial and visual merchandising strategies.
