Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct physical security assessments and penetration testing across SpaceX facilities, including buildings, data centers, and critical infrastructure.
  • •Develop and execute threat scenarios to test security measures such as access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Provide rapid response support for security incidents, coordinating to contain and resolve intrusions, breaches, or other high-risk situations.
  • •Research and analyze potential threats, including insider threats, terrorism, and cyber-physical attacks, and maintain threat profiles with TTPs.
  • •Develop and run security training exercises (scenario-based training, tabletop exercises, and live-fire drills) and evaluate outcomes for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •5+ years of experience in the military, law enforcement, overseas security contracting, or advanced corporate security.
  • •1+ years of experience with executive protection, mobile asset protection, or emergency response team experience.
  • •Availability to work any schedule, including overtime, nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
  • •Ability to be eligible for a valid state security officer license and execute duties in extreme outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain).
