Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain scalable production ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment for credit risk.
  • •Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in ML training and inference (e.g., memory consumption, online latency, training time).
  • •Integrate ML solutions into products and services by collaborating with software engineers.
  • •Partner with CreditOps and data teams to integrate effectively with current tools and shape future tooling priorities.
  • •Support engineering best practices on product ML teams and drive projects from ideation through deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience as an engineer working in the machine learning domain.
  • •Strong Python programming with experience in Java.
  • •Experience delivering end-to-end ML model lifecycle in production flows.
  • •Experience building scalable ML pipelines using big data and applying data engineering/MLOps practices.
  • •Familiarity with ML tooling and infrastructure such as (py)spark, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost/LightGBM, Pandas, MLflow/Airflow, and production infrastructure like k8s and Docker.
