Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Buying Managers to develop pricing and promotional strategies aligned to KPIs and company objectives.
  • •Execute weekly system price changes and own the weekly approval process for product areas.
  • •Present upcoming weekly price changes and promotions in weekly trade meetings with supporting data.
  • •Analyze pricing and promotions to deliver recommendations to Buying Managers and Director, using metrics like discount rate and gross margin.
  • •Maintain pricing master files, promotional calendars, and transmittal processes to ensure timely and accurate store implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in pricing analysis, merchandising, planning, or financial analysis, ideally in a retail environment.

  • •Knowledge of the European retail landscape and familiarity with full-price or outlet pricing models and pricing trading laws.
