Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct standard request for proposals and bid evaluations; recommend project delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure accurate, timely, coordinated project data integrity.
  • •Track progress, report status and variances, identify threats, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including ability to read architectural drawings.
  • •Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
