Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues using data from multiple equipment makes/models.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) and practice safe job practices.
  • •Order parts and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed; maintain the service vehicle in a clean, professional manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements (move, stand, stoop, bend); pass a 10-panel drug screen and any required background check.
