Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair.
  • •Work with state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection/reconditioning centers.
  • •Maintain quality while preparing low-mileage, late-model cars for customers.
  • •Be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

  • •Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
