Industrial Security Specialist to support classified programs in El Segundo, CA, coordinating across security, engineering, and government customers. Key Responsibilities

•Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
•Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action
•Assists with Administrative Inquiries (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
•Assists with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (including inventory, distribution and destruction)
•Assists in developing and administering an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on less complex programs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,350 - 161,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Industrial Security
•3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
•Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly SSBI, within the last 5 years or enrolled in Continuous Vetting in the last 5 years
•Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
•Ability to obtain a successful US government polygraph examination
