Job Summary

Own end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal operations for the Americas as a dedicated proposal expert within the Revenue Operations team. Coordinate creation, delivery, and workflow execution for RFPs, RFIs, ITQs, and questionnaires—managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Develop and maintain a response library, ensure consistent messaging and grammar, and partner across Sales, Implementation, Product, Compliance, and Security Compliance to deliver accurate, timely responses aligned to regional go-to-market priorities.

•Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to increase win rates.
•Execute RFP/ITQ response workflows, including delegating questions, tracking projects, managing Loopio, formatting, and communicating with stakeholders.
•Manage multiple concurrent proposal projects while meeting or exceeding assigned deadlines.
•Interpret RFP/ITQ questions and create targeted responses using library content, resource documents, and subject matter expert input.
•Maintain and update the response library and run response review cycles to keep content accurate, relevant, and aligned to evolving product and market positioning.
