Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage AP region travel operations for employees, candidates, customers, and relocations while ensuring adherence to travel policies.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to travelers and regional stakeholders with recommendations that optimize traveler experience and support savings through online booking adoption.
  • •Partner with travel agencies and global sourcing partners to improve workflows and align on air, hotel, and ground transportation provider programs.
  • •Handle travel operations inquiries (e.g., via Travel Services mailbox and AskTravel) and manage unused ticket reports, supplier credits, and incentives.
  • •Monitor compliance, perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement in travel tools, expense integration, and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of regional experience managing corporate travel programs and systems.
  • •Functional knowledge of travel foundations including GDS, NDC, OBT, and TMC functionality.
  • •Experience building relationships with travel partners such as TMCs, airlines, hotels, and rental car providers.
  • •Knowledge of regional travel regulations and compliance requirements, including travel risk management policies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, travel management, or a related field.
