•Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client goals and internal execution.
•Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs between sales, delivery, and project teams.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain visibility on account health, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Proven extensive experience in account management, client relationship development, and revenue growth.
•Strong consultative skills with the ability to identify and address client needs proactively.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence and lead without direct reporting lines.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and commercial teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.
•Track record of managing multi-year accounts in dynamic environments and achieving growth targets.
