Key Responsibilities

•Receive repair orders and perform work with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
•Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and determine if additional safety or service work is needed.
•Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag warranty parts as required.
•Notify service advisor when additional work is/ isn’t needed or if repairs can’t be completed within the promised time.
•Supervise apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training, and keep shop and customer vehicles clean and tool inventories accounted for.
