Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as o9 Super User for the Merchandising Planning team, serving as first point of contact for system questions during and after rollout.
  • •Design and deliver training support to peers transitioning to o9, building confidence and capability at pace.
  • •Identify and escalate system gaps or process misalignments between o9 and current ways of working, proposing practical solutions.
  • •Document and maintain best-practice guidelines, training materials, and process standards for o9 usage within Merchandising Planning.
  • •Champion standardization and end-to-end planning excellence by driving process and tool optimization across clusters and markets within o9.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in merchandising planning, inventory planning, forecasting, or a related planning discipline.
  • •Experience with o9, including supporting or leading implementations, user adoption, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes and operational workflows.
  • •Experience creating and delivering training/coaching to build organizational capability.
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate complex processes into clear, actionable guidance.
