Job Summary

Lead commercialization of new Marketing Services solutions for Visa’s North America Marketing Services team, bridging strategy and execution from ideation through go-to-market activation. •Drive structured ideation and opportunity assessment for new Marketing Services offerings using client insights, market trends, and internal capabilities.
•Lead commercialization of new Marketing Services solutions, defining value propositions, target segments, and monetization approach.
•Develop business cases including market sizing, revenue potential, and ROI modeling, and translate concepts into scalable offerings (scope, delivery model, pricing, success metrics).
•Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training content; support sell-in and tailor messaging to clients.
•Define and track KPIs, lead training and upskilling efforts, and manage multiple initiatives aligned with Marketing Services priorities.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.

•Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including developing business cases with market sizing, revenue potential, and ROI modeling.
•Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead commercialization workflows end-to-end.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build sales enablement materials and training plans.
