Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor fermentation process equipment, utilities, and tank pressures; adjust conditions as needed using Delta V software and pressure gauges.
  • •Accurately measure, convert, and verify raw material weights and ingredients following checklists and SOPs.
  • •Perform sterilization of tanks, piping, and filters; ensure proper psi readings and system integrity.
  • •Complete required safety documentation including Lock-Out Tag Out tickets and Safe Work Permits.
  • •Troubleshoot fermentation process issues, perform basic equipment maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to identify when the manufacturing process is outside acceptable ranges and apply troubleshooting techniques.
  • •High manual dexterity, mechanical/technical aptitude, and ability to lift 55 pounds.
