Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and budget delegated special events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
  • •Manage event activation plans, budget status, progress updates, and delegate coordination with the Senior Manager of Special Events.
  • •Oversee event production, coordination, logistics, vendor management, and manage scenic elements such as floorplans, build drawings, and fabrication samples.
  • •Negotiate and manage third-party vendor proposals and control event financials, including timely payment submissions and post-event recaps/reports.
  • •Supervise and mentor the Special Events Coordinator and external partners, including performance feedback and adherence to internal audit, legal, and contract requirements.
