  • •Act as a senior HR generalist supporting local leadership with guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, and employee engagement.
  • •Drive and localize the Global HR Strategy aligned with country-specific business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate with global HR functions and Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, DEIB, Internal Communications).
  • •Enhance HR practices in the country to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values.
  • •Ensure efficient and scalable HR operations by optimizing processes and coordinating onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of HR experience with solid exposure as an HR generalist.
