Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day uniform distribution centre operations, including measuring, issuing uniform items, and arranging required adjustments or alterations.
  • •Review requisitions for stock items to meet department demands and monitor order status with buyers and suppliers.
  • •Lead physical stocktakes, reconcile discrepancies, and recommend actions to the Procurement and Logistics Manager.
  • •Maintain efficient stock levels by analysing monthly cycle count inventory reports to minimise stockholding costs.
  • •Ensure excellent customer service, identify and solve daily operational problems, escalate issues when necessary, and support relevant projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement.
  • •Experience in inventory management, including inventory control procedures, product stock management, data entry, and record keeping (preferably in garment/apparel/textile).
  • •3+ years of experience at a supervisory level within a large service organisation.
  • •Nice to have: experience using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
