Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guide them through the Hiive platform and secondary market.
  • •Provide actionable market insights to build trust and rapport.
  • •Support the transaction lifecycle (email, phone, or live chat) from inquiry and onboarding to execution and closing while meeting legal, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • •Review transaction documentation and platform data to maintain accuracy and minimize errors.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of relevant, client-facing experience (e.g., institutional sales/trading, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investor relations, business development, or investment sales).
  • •Experience prospecting and generating leads in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • •Strong ability to balance relationship management with rigorous operational detail to execute transactions accurately.
  • •High organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple clients and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain shortly after joining.
