Key Requirements

  • •Master's or PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience).
  • •12+ years of professional working experience, including 3+ years with deterministic optimization methods.
  • •Hands-on experience with optimization solvers such as Matlab, CPLEX, Gurobi, ExpressMP, and SAS (OptModel) for supply chain problems.
  • •Advanced Excel skills plus knowledge of VBA and SQL.
  • •Ability to use analysis to deliver business results and operate independently on complex tasks.
