Key Responsibilities

  • •Firm Management & Operations: Set the culture for the franchise, oversee financial health, ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, build client relationships, manage payroll and operations, document decisions, and engage with the franchise network.
  • •Client Delivery & Team Leadership: Lead Accounting Managers, conduct performance reviews, own client onboarding, spot operational problems, guide compliance, and act as escalation point for client issues.
  • •Technical Oversight: Review and sign off on complex client engagements; ensure GAAP/IRS compliance; guide use of accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Ramp).
  • •Sales & Business Growth: Build client relationships, drive new business, coordinate with corporate marketing, manage local advertising and community presence.
  • •Location & Team Leadership: Oversee team in Columbus, ensure alignment with Decimal’s standards, and drive professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or financial services
  • •Track record managing client relationships directly.
  • •Experience reviewing and signing off on complex engagements.
  • •Experience managing teams that include managers or senior staff; business development or sales experience.
