Key Responsibilities

•Develop product requirements for AI-powered People workflows using user research, process mapping, and impact identification.
•Design and build AI tools, including agents, automations, and knowledge retrieval systems that scale People expertise.
•Translate HR policies, playbooks, frameworks, and org context into AI-ready knowledge layers.
•Partner with People Data Science and Engineering on data integrations from systems such as Workday, data warehouses, and surveys.
•Define safety and governance guardrails, evaluate build vs. buy options, and lead adoption with training, feedback loops, and success metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,100 - 192,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, people analytics, digital transformation, or a related field with tools built and shipped for users.
•Hands-on builder who can move from idea to production using AI-assisted tools (coding/prototyping/agentic platforms).
•Solid understanding of HR functions and the employee lifecycle, with strong judgment on what problems and solutions will earn trust.
•Familiarity with data flows from HRIS/source systems (e.g., data warehouse, surveys) into user-facing products.
•Track record delivering in ambiguous environments while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
