Data Reporting and Analytics Lead

Lead the design, development, and integration of configurable dashboards, self-service reporting, predictive analytics, and AI/ML capabilities for a cloud-based case management modernization program. Oversee reporting performance against SLA targets, translate KPIs into semantic models and reusable datasets, and drive adoption with stakeholders. Ensure analytics solutions comply with federal privacy, access control, and data handling requirements while collaborating with product owners, data engineers, and UX designers.
