Key Responsibilities

  • •Regularly review and update personal tool inventory to comply with calibration and tool replacement protocols.
  • •Complete daily work assignments from the customer or supervisor.
  • •Troubleshoot, identify problems, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems by phone or onsite.
  • •Understand and process warranty claim reports, including warranty support and submitting service reports.
  • •Follow company safety and environmental requirements, promote proper PPE use and procedures, and maintain courteous professional communication with customers and internal staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • •Read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics, and troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Possess own hand tools and maintain/expand personal tool inventory using Epiroc’s required tool list.
  • •Complete TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start Modules 1-5 (timelines vary by level) and maintain required Mine Safety & Health Administration training certificates.
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license (and complete CDL requirements if needed), and be able to perform travel required for the role.
