Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day activities for a team of 10–15 colleagues, assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion to standards.
  • •Cascade predefined work assignments and plans, ensuring activities follow agreed processes and service levels.
  • •Provide clear direction and support to team members on appropriate actions within established policies and procedures.
  • •Manage daily and weekly workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure short-term operational targets are met.
  • •Communicate performance updates and status reports accurately, and provide feedback/coaching while escalating more complex decisions to senior management as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Team leadership experience supervising or coordinating a small team and supporting day-to-day performance.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in an operations, service delivery, or client delivery environment.
  • •Strong planning and organization skills to manage daily/weekly workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and service levels.
  • •Results-oriented problem-solving ability to resolve straightforward issues using standard procedures.
  • •Advanced conversational English skills (minimum C1) to participate in professional discussions with international stakeholders.
